this is the first time i join this English Forlums to complete my assignment in school.
My teacher asked us to join the discussion and have some chat and discussion with others
and after getting at least 3 replies , we have to show my teacher the content.
so, I need some people to help me.

Which things would you like to talk about? In this forum there are very interesting open threads like those about countries, Chile, India, Korea and more and I am considering to create a new one about Pakistan, I think there are some pakistani people joining the forum and they could give us lots of interesting information.

The good thing here is that you are not going to obtain a great amount of data like if you go to google or other search engines, here people can give you a condensed info, a summary or tell you things of the quotidian life that could keep hidden in pompous pages offered by governments, in large tourism pages or in some specific pages about rare things.

online i usually type in all lower case letters & use quick & easy lazy slang words like prolly (probably) & dunno (i don't know) cos (because) i am a lazy typer.. but for my posts to this english language message board i will always try to use english in its proper form...

... if i can remember how to do it right after all these years of lazy typing. Smile [:)]

I am a guy in the USA. I joined this message board and chat web site because I like to meet nice people from all over the world. So many other message board and chat web sites I have seen get lots of nasty and rude posts and I really do not like that at all. But everyone seems very nice here so I am very glad that I found this place.

I found this web site by searching google.com for "friendly chat". Smile [:)]

I am in the USA now but I have also lived in England for years and in the Nederlands for three months. And I have also traveled to visit France, Denmark, Greece and Ireland. And all around the USA and a few months in Canada. My family is also from the USA but all of them live in England now, so they are far away and I miss them.

Where are you living on our wide and wonderful planet? What is your first language? Have you studied english for long? Do you like it or is it difficult to learn?

I hope that this reply will help you to get your school assignment here finished.
