Can you provide some context? Meanwhile, here are a couple of general comments.

Spare no one. Permit no-one to live. Kill everybody.

Or we die slaves. Or we will live our whole lives as slaves.

This is from an action film called Black Dawn by Steven Seagal.

I think your explanation is right, but I just feel confused why "die slaves" should be understood as "live the lives as slaves" from the grammar point of view.

Right now we are free.

Or we die slaves - we will become slaves. Our whole lives until we die of old age will be in slavery. It's just a dramatic way of putting it. If it was 'we'll become slaves' or 'we'll live as slaves' then they might have the hope of some day becoming free again. To be told that you will die while in slavery takes away any hope from the situation and emphasises what a terrible fate it would be.

They must be in some kind of battle. If they win the battle by killing all their opponents, they will be free. If the opponents win, then they will be enslaved for life.
