speaking english probelm while discussion with friends

anybody can help me or give me materials so i will improve my spoken because i am facing more while talking with seniors, friends and so on.

i am unable to express properly way. even speaking english unable to use tense on properly way..

so please help me how to speak english and improve within short period.

 Buy one of those sets of recorded lessons -- the sort of thing where you listen and repeat.  Many are available in bookstores.

Have you heard of Rosetta Stone:  which is a language software on CD-rom. It's not cheap but a good learning tool.  However, there is no amount of money you can spend to buy you the skill and knowledge. Time and effort are the only elements you must have to improve your English.
