Please help to advise me how can improve my english speaking. i am poor in speaking english.

Hi,

You can improve by several ways

1. Watch BBC Channel regularly
2. Read Reder's digest ( will improve vocabulary and easy sentence forming)
3. Try to speak even if you feel you may be wrong.
