I do like to be beside the seaside

Hi I am a competitive soccer player. I play for Idaho Rush a National competitive soccer club. I was recently accepted to join this club. We recently heard about a tournament in Nebraska. My team was asked to go. We did accept the invitation. I am looking for a sponsor to help pay for my expenses to go to Nebraska. I have to pay for gas, food, hotel, referee fees, tournament fees, and fees for using the fields. It is very expensive to drive from Boise, Idaho all the way to Nebraska. The money has to be turned in by April 31, 2008. I really would like to go to this tournament considering its very expensive we can't afford to go.

Hi,

If I werea potential sponsor and you said this to me, I'd say "Yeah, but what's in it for me? What do I get out of it?"

You need to think about it from the sponsor's point of view. How can you help him or his company in return for the money?

Best wishes, Clive
