Start sentence with: "With respect to...."

Hi. I missed this post somehow.

I never use "touching" in that sense. I'm afraid I won't be able to explain it. It sounds strange to me.

Hi Jim and Pastel,

Just to round this out, I have used (I think) and heard 'touching' in this circumstance, though not commonly. 'Concerning' and 'regarding' seem to dominate these days.

Webster's still carries it, I see.
