Hello!
I'd say it is a shop where prices are very low. Maybe they also give you stamps so you can receive some kind of present?

I'm glad to help, but I'm not a native! And please excuse my typos...

Thank you
I got an impression that it is a shop by the road?

You mean a bit isolated?
Well, I guess you may find some out of the city, but I'd say you'll find many maybe not right downtown (they're not flashy enough), but in "less wealthy" (if I may say so) parts of towns.

I'm not sure, perhaps it is a shop near highways, hence the expression 'STOP and save' But not necessarily, it could also be some local shop.
I guess, the bottom line is that it is a shop where you can find goods at very low prices.
Ok, thank you
p.s. I'm not a native speaker too, nor have I ever seen a Stop and Save

I think the name simply means: "STOP (buy) HERE AND SAVE (money)"

Stop 'n Save is a national chain store. It could be a convenient store in your neighborhood, a little shop along a highway or a sizeable supermaket in a city.

However you should not take a business literally by its name because there's no guarantee that you'll save any, just as with stores with names like Pick 'N Save, Discount Tires, Budget Rent-A-Car, or Super Thrift Store etc.
