Well, I heard Spike is really stuck on the place; he wants to stick around.

Is it right and the same to say "stuck around the place" instead of "stuck on the place" in the above? Thanks.

You should get yourself a good idiom dictionary, Angli-- or use ONE LOOK more regularly.
