Hi,
If you have a situation where you are thinking of it as hypothetical or unreal, shoud we use the subjuctive??

I would not lend him money unless I were a fool.
He acted as if he were a wise man -- which he is not.

The first sentence is fine.

For the second sentence, 'which he is not' is redundant.
