subsequent mention of word "board"

I have few sentences and have been wondering if it is necessary to put the determiner "the" in front of the word "Board" when that word is being mentioned subsequently.

The company's disciplinary actions are being adminstered through the ZZ Company's Disciplinary Board. (The ???) Board has no additional authorities beyond those promulgated in the paper called the Contract of Authorities
