1-- If it is easier to reach a particular place (like a beach, a resort, etc), then more people will want to go there.

2-- Sunday drivers are those who only go driving on Sundays; they are recreational drivers; they are additional traffic on the roads; and they tend to be less-experienced drivers, and slow as well, because of their rubbernecking.
