GOing to have a telephone interview. I want to set up a time and date with the interviewer.  This is what I would say to him. Please correct me. thanks.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't make sense. If YOU are going to set it up, you will inform the other person of the date and time. If you wish to particpate in the interview, then the other person will tell you the date and time. If you are going to set it up, you may want to ask the person to suggest a few dates and times that work for him.

If you are the one being interviewed, then try something like this: I look forward to our telephone interview. Please let me know that date and time.
