"According to the survey in/into the United Kingdom, it is revealed that ~~"

Which will be right if I want to mean the survey conducted in the United Kingdom on the british?

'survey in' or 'survey into' or 'survey on' or other else?

It should be "survey in the UK" but neither gives any information as to who or what was surveyed.

Thanks for the answer, Bokeh.
