Hi Sir/Madam, is below syntax correct?

Seeing (??) that popular websites such as YouTube and Facebook (subject) were created (verb) by youngsters (prepositional phrase), HKU's business design and innovation program (subject) hopes (verb) to cultivate talent  (prepositional phrase) in that aspect  (prepositional phrase).

Hi,
What's your goal here?
Are you trying to name each part of speech, ie each word? eg noun, adjective, verb, etc.
Are you trying to describe the role of each word in the sentence? eg subject, object, etc.
Are you trying to identify phrases and clauses, and their type?

You seem to be doing a bit of all of the above, but nothing completely.

Best wishes, Clive
