Hi..everyone.
what does the three words mean in my subject?
I have a sentence as below,
any English wrong in this sentence?

"If you do,You could make a chance."
or
"If you do,You could have a chance."

"make a chance" doesn't work at all.  Don't use that one.

"take a chance" means to risk something.

-- Go ahead and try.  Take a chance.  Maybe you will answer correctly.

"have a chance" means to have an opportunity.

-- Why didn't you speak to Jan about the party tomorrow night?
--  She wasn't at work today, so I didn't have a chance to speak to her.

I assume you are asking the meaning of "make a chance" in that article.  I can sympathize with your feelings of puzzlement.  What the author of the article is doing there is basically inventing a new expression "make a chance" so that he has the clever rhyme "take a chance, make a chance", which he hopes will arouse the reader's curiosity to find out what this unusual group of words might mean.  Within the article he is using "make a chance" to mean "create opportunities for yourself", "arrange your life so that you create conditions for success".  Outside the article, however, "make a chance" is not a normal expression.
