Talk english or speak english?

there's an early development center in our locality that calls itself LET'S TALK ENGLISH, mainly featuring english tutorials. is it really let's TALK english, or let's SPEAK english?

Hi guest,

"Let's speak English" -- sounds like somebody is suggesting that you use English when you're speaking.

"Let's talk English" is along the lines of "Let's talk business" or "let's talk sense". Your talk is going to focus on English/business/whatever.

Maybe someone else has a different take on this.
