Hello Sadeem.

TEFL is the acronym for a teaching program:  Teaching English as a Foreign Language.  You can get a college degree in the study of TEFL.

TOEFL is the name of a language proficiency test:  Test of English as a Foreign Language.  English learners take this test to find out how well they can use English.
