Hi, I'd like to ask you about what I should say when I answer a telephone call of inquiry.

Could you please correct below sentences?

I: "Hello. This is XYZ Company."

Customer: "Excuse me. Do you translate a document?"

I: "Yes, we offer a variety of translation services.
from legal documents to software manuals, from financing documents to medical documents.
What kind of translation service are you interested in most?
Also, from what language to what language do you want us to translate?"

Customer: "We'd like you to translate a legal document from English to Spanish."

I: "OK. I will put you through to the person in charge of it.
May I have your name, please? "

Customer: "My name is Jack Morris."

I: "Mr. Morris, hold on, please."
