Dear Teachers,

1. Don't you wink when you tell lies?

- Is this natural to say?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

 Stevenukd.

Your grammar is fine. It would be natural to use your sentence if you think people usually wink whenever they tell lies, and you want to confirm that the person you're talking to also does this.
