Hi,

As nouns, these two expressions very similar meanings. However, 'human' can also be an adjective, eg a human being, a human emotion.

The fuller expression, human being, is often used to distinguish people from animals, eg it's OK to eat animals, but it's not OK to eat human beings.

Best wishes, Clive

In most cases, no difference.  When using 'human' as an adjective, it eliminates other members of the animal kingdom:  human experience, human knowledge, human attributes, etc.
