At night as soon as I reach home after work I crawl onto the bed and retire for the day.
No sooner did i reach home from work I crawl into bed and retire for the day
I would prefer 'crawl into bed'. I'm 99 percent sure that the definitely article shouldn't be inserted before 'bed' in the context of sleeping.
What about 'When I come home from work..."?
Ya I do agree taht article shall be omited here, but i alway struggles with the usage of preposition it should be into or onto, and indeed I come home from work also sounds good.
Is my both sentences structure is correct?
