Dear Sirs,
Following our conversation yesterday I regret to inform you that I wish to cease the tenancy agreement set for the "Flat X, Road X, Post Code X" on the 1st of July 05 (my last day will be on the 1st July 05).
I have been satisfied living here but due to personal reasons, I do need to move in July.

I have been happy living here but due to personal reasons, I do need to move in July.
