Hi, it's not a grammar question but I'm sure I'll find help here.

How do you say this result of a set of a tennis match: 6-0

Is it "six oh", "six zero" or "six nil" (or even "six love")?

TIA

Stefan

six love.

I have no idea why 0 is called love in tennis, it's just one of the quirks of the game.

If it were any other sport I'd say six nil.
