Is there anything wrong with the underlined parts of the sentences below? If yes, how can they be corrected?

1. The phone which was ringing stopped by the time she got inside.

2. The phone which was ringing had stopped by the time she got inside.

3. The phone which had been ringing had stopped by the time she got inside.
