Hi,

Is this correct? What kind of tense is available as suitable tenses after the phrase "might have made"?

He might have made some mistakes that would make no material impact on the message of the speech.

How about this that I found in the Google Book serach? Why "would have lost" to put it into the past contect? How about just "would + bare infinitive"?

Thank you., Mr. M.

You wrote this as part of your overall (whole) corrective effort:

Edward Grey Grey of Fallodon - 1925 - 68 might have made some mistakes that would have lost the war altogether.-- The war is over.

To this, I think would say, "Thank you for putting an end to my question quite adeptly and in a definitive fashion."
