Hi group,
Which one of these two answers is correct in terms of tenses?
Q. How would you handle an employee who doesn't show-up for work for two days in a row, doesn't call, and then on the third day he comes back to work without any reasonable excuse?
A. I would first issue him a show-cause letter and seek for a reply in 48hrs, then if his excuse wasn't acceptable, then I would suspend him for two weeks and hold a domestic inquiry. Finally, I would leave it to the tribunal to decide on the necessary action.
