Please, correct this sentence:

(Past Simple, Past Perfect or Past Perfect Continuous):

The moment his teacher was telling him not to, he did that again. She hadn t know what to do with him before, and she certainly didin t know what to do with him now, she had been thinking to herself, and decided to call his parents. She has worked for 25 years now, and he was the hardest case she had ever had in her whole career as a teacher.

The moment his teacher told him not to, he did it again.She hadn't known what to do with him beforeand certainly didn't know what to do with him now, she had been thinking to herself and decided to call his paents.She (I was going to write  past perfect but it seems nonsenseBig Smile [:D]) and he was the hardest case she had ever had in her whole career as a teacher.  

Please, correct this sentence:

(Past Simple, Past Perfect or Past Perfect Continuous):I tried to correct them as wanted.Of course there are better options.

It's "has" instead of "had" since I read from the texts that she's never had such a hard case till now, right?

"had been thinking": I guess you mean she had been thinking for a long time.
