Sir,
1.The smallest number that is divisible by 6 and ,9 is 18.
2.The smallest number which divisible by 6 and 9 is 18.
I am bit confused with the usage of "which" and "that".
Please help me out.

Both are fine, Hanuman-- but you haven't proofread your typing again.
'That' is the restrictive relative pronoun, while 'which' serves as either a restrictive or non-restrictive relative pronoun, depending on the respective absence or presence of a preceding comma.
