i going through some letter writing in English, and it says at the end

so my question is it it correct to use exclamation mark after  Thank you and then only Management is right or The Management

i am  bamboozled .

Let me unbamboozle you then. 

An exclamation mark after "Thank you" is OK if you want a bright and breezy style. It would not be appropriate in a very formal letter.

"The Management" is also OK.

If that's the end of the sign-off then there should not be a comma after "The Management".
