If it is the name of the group that is being changed...

If the one that is being changed is the name of the group...


If the name is (actually) the group's (name) (that is) being changed...


Just my guess.

I have written simply what he said - this is one of those nice examples which shows how people make mistakes when they are speaking.


Perhaps he was going to say


If the name is being changed .......


but then he decided to mention the group. It's impossible to analyse since we don't have access to his thought pattern. I wouldn't worry too much as his meaning is still clear.

The first word (before - only) is not at all clear. Do you have a longer piece of this, or only these three seconds?
