I'd like to find out what "the best pan of all" means. I've tried searching for that by typing ("the best pan of all" dictionary) in Yahoo and Google, but the results were too rare to see. Please advise.

.
It is not an idiom.  Just look up 'pan' in your dictionary and choose the appropriate meaning for your context.

Sorry to bother you again, but could you please look at the original passage for me?

...The classes are really interesting and the homework load is not so bad. I'm really learning a lot. The best pan of all is that my company is paying 100% of the class tuition...

The dictionary seems to revolve the word "pan" around the meaning of kitchen tool, face, criticize, and none of them can I try to match the meaning with the above sentence. Is that a typo, I guess? Please advise.

Hi,

'Pan' does not make sense here. My guess is that it's a typo for 'part'.
