They're all correct, Anon.

The word gotten is generally used as the past participle of the verb "get" in American English, and got is used as the past participle in British English. Thus your first sentence seems to be AmE, and the second one seems to be BrE.

For the third and fourth sentences, there is no difference between AmE and BrE.
