Can we say,

1 The author launches a book fair.

2 His hobby is rearing pets.

3 He likes keeping toys car / toy cars.

4 He saw a blind man wanted / want to across the road.

5 Bees are flying on / over the flower.

6 They started to feel hungry.

7 She help them to sign (the) autographs.

8 She signs autographs to / for / with the fans.

9 She signs her name on her autographs with her fans.

10 They can take her autographs.

11 Many people get autographs from her.

12 The company launches new book fair / new books for her.

13 When she has finished her work, she will send her scripts to the publishing company to be published.

14 Before the show is started at 8 p.m. , all contestants were calm. (should I put "comma" after 8 p.m.?)

15 The flat has eleven storeys / stories.

16 They like to play (with the) jigsaw puzzle / puzzles.

17 They don't like to eat dried / dry chillies.

18 He had a stomach ache / stomachache.

19 Please contact her on-line / online / through phone.

20 The man wears a helmet to protect his head when he rides (on / in /at /onto) (the ) motorcycle.

21 The truck gives out some / many / plenty (of )dirty smoke.

Shouldn't it be "He wears the jacket in cold weather" ?

On reflection

He puts on a jacket in cold weather (the initial donning of the garment).

or

He wears a jacket in cold weather. (the continual action of wearing)

That's is also my interpretation. He wears a jacket in cold weather. But before he wears a jacket, he has to put it on.
