ERROR IDENTIFICATION
The deputy officer was charged with looking at over the files to find other evidence of wrongdoing
=> the answer is "B. looking at over" because we should omit "at". The correct one is "The deputy officer was charged with looking over the files...(without "it"). Am I right? Many thanks.
