As far as I know , when I " speak " , I don't need to utter meaningful sentences , just uttering sounds will be enough if they make sense . But , when I talk , I have to make sense by uttering meaninful , full sentences .
Am I right ?

Welcome to the Englishforums, Naeem,
As far as I remember, there are afew differences. Speak is more formal, for example, The Prime Minister spoke to the President. And "speak" also can also mean "to give a speech".
He is determined to speak at the Democratic Convention.
I'll look up in my grammar book and I''l add to the list whatever I missed!
Cheers,

The similarities among the languages are more than their differences!
