Which of the above sentences is NOT acceptable?
in 3, when is not a relative conjunction word, and therefore the sentence is incorrect.
in 1, the conjunction word, that, is ellipted. OK.
2 is OK.
Did you mean in the beginning of every set or when the person has never used the weights before?
