I hear "the" is generall added to hotel names and even if "the" is not added to a hotel name in writing, "the" is sill pronouced.
But I am not sure about the usage of the in relation to hotels.

Please advise which of the following are correctly spoken.

The Hotel Hiton
Hotel Hilton
The Hilton Hotel
Hilton Hotel

The article should be used. Hotel is usually after the name of the hotel, but sometimes it occurs before it. No grammatical rule requires the word Hotel. You can leave it out if there is no room for misunderstanding:

the Hilton Hotel, the Hotel Hilton, the Hilton

By the way, the same applies to the names of rivers: the Thames River/river, the River/river Thames, the Thames.
