Hello.Which is better?   Don't assume that ( the / your) insurance will cover all ( the / your ) damage done. The answer book says, "Don't assume that your insurance will cover all the damage done."   So the sentence "Don't assume that the insurance will cover all your damage done." doesn't make sense?  Thank you!

Hi,

So the sentence "Don't assume that the insurance will cover all your damage done." doesn't make sense?

Well, maybe we are talking about your insurance, eg if I have an accident at your house.

Or maybe we are talking about the insurance at my house, eg if you have an accident here.

In other words, it depends on the context.

It is very difficult for us Japanese to use "the" properly. Thank you!
