It is in the hand of Federal Reserve Board and it is private system it's not the government agency. It is entirely beyond the reach of american orders. The treasury prints only what FED tells them to print it. They  have been taking the control of financial system since 1913 when it was created. Forbes, you got me wrong, I don't blame on anyone for the economic problem of my country, and I don't have such thinkings to believe other what they say unless I find the truth. The truth is, which I have been reading over internet and watching in documentaries is that, Federal Reserve System is fraud and soon they will rule over the world using people's money.
