Hello everyone,

I am in the process of applying to universities, however, I am struggling with writing a letter to universities to tell them I want to apply, I already have this major, I want to apply for this progrm and etc....

Does anyone know what the lay out of such a letter is like? I want to know whether it is something like a motivation letter or a motivation letter is too long and detailed for such a letter? Does anyone have any samples? Or could provide some tips?
