This word is Finnish.  In the Finnish language, instead of adding adjectives and adverbs to describe words, they use a series of compound words.  So, this is possibly a real word, but we'd need someone fluent in Finnish to find out.

Katelynn, there is no definite answer to this question, as should be obvious from this thread.  It is not worth worrying about.  Your literary success depends more on how many words you can use effectively, not on whether you know the longest one-- which you will never use anyway!
