-I can't help going to the movies.
Some people have explained it to me, but I never fully understood it.
Doll:Here is my try:
If you can't help doing something, you do it in the end despite all your attempts .
If you can't help doing something, it means that you can't resist doing it.
e.g. I can't help falling in love with you. I can't resist it . You have charmed me, and now I'm falling in love with you.
Here's my explanation:Please use plain black fonts. These garish colors should be reserved for special effects only. Thanks so much! (My eyes will thank you as well!)
