Hi. 

Time is relative. I know I'm not the first to realize it and far from the most famous.

What does this "the most famous" refer to? Would you need more context?

Hi,

My understanding:
Time is relative. I know I'm not the first to realize it and far from the most famous (to realize it).

"it" = the fact that time is relative
