First country to welcome the New Year? Among Italy, Turkey and India it's true that 2006 dawns in India long before it does in the other two. But Japan is the "Land of the Rising Sun", way more to the East than India, so I'd say the Japanese are the first ones to welcome the new year. A bit confused on this one, I am.Tongue Tied [:S]
