Yup, that is a tough one, and I expect xHealthY to have trouble with the second half of the sentence. I'm hoping he will have no trouble with the first half, though.  If he manages the second half as well, then I think he will deserve an especially huge round of applause.

Hi xHealthY
You've been working hard!  Good job! I gave you a pretty wide variety of sentences and I purposely gave you some tricky things. You did very well. Yes
(But what was that bit at the end about Yankee giving you wrong info?) Wink

My comments are inside the quote:
xHealthY
“1. They make printed circuit boards in that factory.
Printed circuit boards are made printed in that factory.

Almost! The word "printed" is an adjective in that sentence. Click here for a dictionary definition of "printed circuit board".

2. They repaved the street in front of my house last summer.
The street in front of my house was been repaved last summer. Yes

3. Someone left this report on my desk while I was at the meeting.
While I was at the meeting this report was left on my desk by someone. Yes

You don't need to add "by someone". This is unimportant information.

4. A Norwegian invented the paper clip in 1899.
The paper clip was invented in 1899. Yes

5. Theophilus Van Kannel invented the revolving door.
The revolving door was invented by Theophilus Van Kannel. Yes

6. The police should have arrested John for drunk driving instead of letting him off with just a warning.
John should have had been arrested for drunk driving instead of the police letting him off with just a warning.

Almost!  You handled that difficult sentence well, so you still get a thumbs up. Yes
You could also word it this way:
John should have been arrested for drunk driving instead of being let off with just a warning.

7. They could have prevented that fire if they had followed procedure.
That fire could have been prevented if they had followed procedure. Yes

You can also make the second half of that sentence passive.  Do you want to try it yourself?

8. We have to pay that bill no later than the first of the month.
That bill have has to be paid no later than the first of the month.

Almost!  Don't forget that "bill" needs a verb in the third person singular.

9. You could hear and feel the explosion from miles away.
The explosion could be heard and felt from miles away.

Almost!  The sentence means this: "The explosion could be heard and (the explosion could be) felt from miles away.

10. Somebody gave me the wrong information.

I was given the wrong information by Yankee. Party!!!YesParty!!!

Wow , glad I did good! lol

7. They could have prevented that fire if they had followed procedure.
That fire could have been prevented if they had followed procedure. Yes

You can also make the second half of that sentence passive.  Do you want to try it yourself?

which sentence? #7?

And thx for helping me. I will keep looking at this thread to see what error I've made.
