“which sentence? #7?”
Yes, after the word "if".

“Was just messing with you.”
I knew that. I was just teasing you, too.
Keep up the good work!  I think you're making good progress!

That fire could have been prevented if they had followed procedure.

If they had followed procedure that fire could have been prevented.

Hi xHealthY

That wasn't quite what I had in mind, but you are right that the two clauses can be reversed.

Here is what I had in mind:

That fire could have been prevented if procedure had been followed.

I had to write 5 passive causative sentences describing the before after pictures.
not sure if this are right.

She has her teeth fixed

She has her bruise covered.

She had her hair colored.

She has her hair changed

Need 1 more. Thinking!

But can help me correct those?

She has her teeth fixed [recently] good

She has her bruise covered [with a long sleeve shirt] ok

She has her hair colored.ok

She has her hair [style] changed ] ok

Here is a clue - She just has her apartment [+ past participle ]  Think !

Hi xHealthY

Is this the sort of thing you mean with before and after pictures?  And did your teacher tell you that the causative passive should be in any particular tense?  (e.g. past simple or present perfect? -- I have a feeling your teacher wants present perfect because the AFTER picture shows how the woman looks now.)

BEFORE picture =  You see a picture of a woman with crooked teeth.
AFTER picture =  You see a picture of the same woman, but now her teeth are straight:
She had her teeth fixed.
/ She has had her teeth fixed.

BEFORE picture = You see a picture of a woman with gray hair.
AFTER picture = You see the same woman, but now she has brown hair:
She had her hair colored. / She has had her hair colored.

BEFORE picture = You see a picture of a woman with shoulder-length hair.
AFTER picture = You see the same woman, but now she has very short hair:
She had her hair cut. / She has had her hair cut.
