Sorry, I didn't see your question the first time you posted it.

I would say that the two can generally be used interchangeably with no significant difference in meaning. 
I would also say that the use of 'get something done' may sound somewhat more dynamic or forceful whereas the use of 'have something done' may sometimes sound a bit more formal and somewhat less dynamic.
