You can argue either way for Bountys or Bounties. (I cannot make a case for Bounty's at all!) Perhaps going to the manufacturer's Web site and seeing how they refer to it would give you the answer. I'd say that native speakers tend to avoid these tricky questions by using a phrase like 'two bounty bars'.
