Please investigate sites that use native speakers and better quality recordings.
The links you have been giving point to files that are of EXTREMELY poor quality.

Just out of curiosity, why can't you access the BBC? I'm in Japan, and I have no trouble.

I believe that the people of China don't have access to the full www; I think the governemnt blocks some of it. Don't understand the technicalities myself.
