I am not sure whether the three sentences make sense in term of grammar and semantics.
Can you give me a hand with checking them
Thank you for your help.

1. Although the majority of the people choose their job on the basis of how much salary they can earn and whether a job they do is a piece of work in today’s increasingly work-oriented society, some people are free to choose their career based on their personal genius for professional or academic fields.

2. What people major in universities decides what kind of job they do after graduations.  

3.  He has a gift of creating beautiful dance performances.

1. The majority of people choose their job on based on how much salary they can earn and on whether the job is fit to today's increasingly work-oriented society. But still some people feel free to choose their job on the basis of their preferences and interests.
2. What subject one majors in at university is a decisive factor in determining the kind of work they will do after graduation. 
3. He has an innate ability to create beautiful dance performances.
